We currently support games such as NASCAR ’25, INDYCAR ’26, F1 2025, and future titles.

InsiderSetups is not affiliated with NASCAR, INDYCAR, Formula 1, FIA, any motorsport organization, or any game developer/publisher.

2. Eligibility

To use InsiderSetups.com, you must:

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Comply with all platform rules

If you are under 13, you are not permitted to:

  • Vote

We may suspend or delete accounts suspected of violating age rules.

  • You grant InsiderSetups a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify, or distribute the content on the site

  • Your submissions may remain visible unless removed by you or by moderation

You may request removal of your own content at any time.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share:

  • Pornographic or sexual content

  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech

  • Real-world political content

  • Malware, harmful links, or spam

  • Illegal or copyrighted material without permission

  • Real sponsor logos or team liveries that violate trademark rights (unless the content is original fan art)

  • AI-generated art that impersonates real drivers or official team designs

We reserve the right to remove restricted content and suspend accounts.

6. Livery Screenshot Rules

Livery uploads must be screenshots only, and not downloadable game files.

Users must ensure:

  • Their screenshot does not infringe actual trademarks

  • Any real-world branding used qualifies as fan art

  • No copyrighted content is uploaded maliciously

InsiderSetups displays liveries for showcase purposes only.

If a rights holder requests removal of an image, we will comply promptly.

7. Voting, Sorting, & Ranking

Users may vote on setups by liking them. You agree NOT to:

  • Manipulate votes

  • Use bots, fake accounts, or automated tools

  • Falsify lap times

  • Abuse the ranking system

We may remove suspicious votes or submissions.

8. DMCA / Copyright Policy

If you believe your copyright or trademark has been infringed, contact us at: insidersetups@gmail.com
Subject: DMCA Notice

Include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • A link to the infringing content

  • A statement of ownership

  • A request for removal

We comply with valid takedown requests within a reasonable timeframe.
