Content Submission Agreement

Effective Date: January 2026

 

Applies to: www.InsiderSetups.com

 

This Content Submission Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the rules, rights, and responsibilities for uploading any content to InsiderSetups.com (“InsiderSetups,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

 

By submitting content to the site, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not upload or submit any content.

1. Types of Content Covered

This Agreement applies to all user-submitted content, including but not limited to:

  • Racing game setups

  • Lap times and notes

  • Custom liveries (screenshots only)

  • Images and graphics

  • Comments or text entries

  • Votes/likes

  • Any other uploaded material

 

2. You Must Own Your Content

By uploading content, you confirm that:

✔ You created the content yourself or
✔ You have full rights and permission to share it

You may NOT upload:

  • Copyrighted images belonging to others

  • Real sponsor logos or trademarked livery designs (unless they qualify as original fan art)

  • Content from another user without permission

  • AI-generated images that impersonate real teams or drivers

If you upload copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization, you assume full responsibility.

 

3. License You Grant to InsiderSetups

By uploading content, you grant InsiderSetups a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content
• Host and store your content
• Modify formatting to fit the website
• Showcase it in galleries, lists, rankings, promotional materials, gameplay recordings, YouTube content, and social media
• Test submitted setups in gameplay sessions for review, demonstration, or promotional purposes
• Use it for internal moderation and security

This license exists so your setup, screenshot, or submission can appear on the website and related InsiderSetups media.

❗ Important
You still own your content.
You are simply giving us permission to display and feature it as part of InsiderSetups and its related content platforms.

 

4. Public Display of Content

All submitted content may be publicly visible until:

  • You delete it

  • You request removal

  • It is removed for violating rules

  • A rights holder requests a takedown

We will not remove content on behalf of other users or third parties unless they follow our DMCA process.

 

5. Prohibited Submissions

You agree NOT to submit content that includes:

  • Hate speech, threats, or harassment

  • Adult or sexual content

  • Political or real-world controversial content

  • Spam, malicious links, or harmful files

  • Copyrighted or trademarked material without permission

  • Cheats, exploits, or illegal game modifications

  • AI-generated impersonation of official racing teams / drivers

Violations may result in immediate content removal and/or account suspension.

 

6. Accuracy of Submissions

By uploading a setup, lap time, or performance note, you agree that:

  • Information is truthful to the best of your knowledge

  • You will not falsify lap times to manipulate rankings

  • Votes will not be artificially inflated through bots or fake accounts

InsiderSetups reserves the right to remove or adjust misleading content.

 

7. Moderation Rights

InsiderSetups may:

  • Remove any content at our discretion

  • Modify formatting for display purposes

  • Hide content during review

  • Suspend accounts that repeatedly violate rules

We are not obligated to host any submission permanently.

 

8. Reporting Content

If you believe content violates our guidelines or your rights, use the Report an Issue page or email:

Reports are reviewed in 1–3 business days.

 

9. Removal & Deletion Requests

You may request removal of:

  • Your setup(s)

  • Your livery screenshot(s)

  • Any content you personally uploaded

To request deletion, use the Delete My Account page or email:

Once removed, content may not be recoverable.

 

10. No Compensation

All submissions are voluntary.

You agree that:

  • You are not entitled to compensation

  • Uploading content does not create any employment or partnership relationship

  • InsiderSetups may monetize website pages that contain your submissions

You retain ownership of your content, but not rights to advertising revenue.

 

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically.
The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect changes.

Continued use of InsiderSetups.com means acceptance of updated terms.
