Content Submission Agreement

This Content Submission Agreement ("Agreement") explains the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply when you submit content to InsiderSetups.com ("InsiderSetups," "we," "us," or "our").
By submitting content to InsiderSetups, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree, do not submit content.
1. Content Covered by This Agreement
This Agreement applies to content submitted through InsiderSetups, including:

Racing game setups and setup values
-
Lap times
-
Setup descriptions and notes
-
Controller or wheel information
-
Ratings, likes, and other community feedback
-
Usernames or other information intentionally included with a submission
-
Other information submitted through InsiderSetups features
2. Only Submit Content You Have the Right to Share
By submitting content, you confirm that you created it yourself or have the necessary permission to share it.
Do not copy another person's setup and upload it as your own.
This includes setups obtained from another InsiderSetups user, website, YouTube video, social media account, Discord server, league, community, or other source unless you have permission to share it.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure your submission does not violate another person's rights.
3. License You Grant to InsiderSetups
By submitting content, you grant InsiderSetups a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve InsiderSetups.
This may include:

Displaying your setup on InsiderSetups

Including it in search results, rankings, lists, or other site features
-
Formatting submitted information for different devices or site layouts
-
Testing submitted setups in gameplay
-
Showing setup values or results in screenshots, videos, gameplay recordings, YouTube content, or social media

Featuring community submissions in promotional content
-
Using submitted content for moderation, security, and site administration
You still own the content you submit.
This license simply gives InsiderSetups permission to display, test, and feature your submission as part of the website and related InsiderSetups content.
4. Public Display of Submissions
Content submitted to InsiderSetups may be publicly visible.
A submission may remain available until:

You delete it through an available site feature

You request its removal
-
InsiderSetups removes it
-
It violates our rules or policies
-
We receive a valid rights or legal complaint concerning the content
InsiderSetups reserves the right to remove or restrict content when we reasonably believe removal is appropriate.
5. Prohibited Submissions
You may not submit content that includes or promotes:

Hate speech, threats, or harassment

Adult or sexual content
-
Spam or malicious links
-
Harmful or illegal content
-
Content that infringes another person's copyright or other rights
-
Cheats, exploits, or unauthorized game modifications
-
Intentionally false or misleading information
-
Content copied from another creator and presented as your own
Violations may result in removal of content, restrictions on site features, or account suspension.
6. Accuracy of Setup Information
When submitting a setup, lap time, or performance information, you agree to provide information that is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
You may not intentionally:

Submit false lap times
-
Misrepresent how a setup performed

Manipulate setup rankings
-
Artificially increase likes, ratings, or other engagement
-
Use bots, duplicate accounts, or similar methods to manipulate site features
InsiderSetups may remove, hide, or correct content that appears intentionally misleading or manipulative.
7. Editing Your Setup
You may be able to edit or update setups you have submitted through InsiderSetups.
Updating a submission does not change the terms of this Agreement. The updated content remains subject to the same rules and permissions as the original submission.
8. Moderation
InsiderSetups may:

Remove content
-
Hide content while it is reviewed
-
Correct or modify formatting
-
Restrict access to site features
-
Suspend accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate site rules
InsiderSetups is not required to permanently host any submission.
9. Reporting Content
If you believe a submission violates our rules or your rights, please use the Report an Issue feature or contact:
Subject: Content Report
Please provide enough information for us to identify the content and understand the issue.
Copyright complaints may require additional information so that we can properly evaluate the request.
10. Removal and Account Deletion
You may remove eligible content using the tools available through your InsiderSetups account.
You may also request removal of content you submitted or request deletion of your account by using the appropriate site feature or contacting:
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or other legitimate operational purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleted content may not be recoverable.
11. No Compensation
Submitting content to InsiderSetups is voluntary.
By submitting content, you understand that:

You are not entitled to payment or compensation for your submission

Submitting content does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or sponsorship relationship with InsiderSetups
-
InsiderSetups may display advertising or otherwise monetize pages containing user-submitted content
-
You are not entitled to advertising or other revenue generated by those pages
You retain ownership of your original content subject to the license granted in this Agreement.
12. Changes to This Agreement
InsiderSetups may update this Agreement as the website and its features change.
The Effective Date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
When appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
Content submitted after an updated Agreement takes effect will be subject to the updated Agreement.
