Welcome to InsiderSetups.com ("InsiderSetups," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of InsiderSetups.com and its features.

By accessing or using InsiderSetups, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Content Submission Agreement.

If you do not agree, please do not use InsiderSetups.

1. About InsiderSetups

InsiderSetups is an independent racing game community that provides community setups, setup management features, tuning information, and tuning tools.

Features may include:

  • NASCAR 25 and NASCAR 26 community setups

  • Setup uploads and sharing

  • Lap times and setup notes

  • Likes and ratings

  • Garage Hub

  • Insider Garage

  • Tuning 101

  • Speed Shop

  • Garage Chief

  • Videos and other racing-related content

Features, supported games, and available content may change over time.

2. Independent Community Website

InsiderSetups is an independent community website.

InsiderSetups is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with NASCAR, INDYCAR, any racetrack, racing series, game developer, game publisher, console manufacturer, or other rights holder unless specifically stated otherwise.

Names, trademarks, logos, game titles, racing series names, track names, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

References to games, racing series, tracks, and other products are used for identification and informational purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an InsiderSetups account or use interactive community features.

Users under 13 may not:

  • Create an account

  • Upload setups

  • Rate or like submissions

  • Save setups to an account

  • Submit personal information through community features

Additional age or consent requirements may apply depending on where you live.

We may restrict or remove accounts that do not meet applicable age requirements.

4. Member Accounts

When creating or using an InsiderSetups account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when required

  • Maintain the security of your account

  • Not intentionally impersonate another person or organization

  • Not allow your account to be used for abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative activity

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may restrict, suspend, or disable accounts that violate these Terms or other InsiderSetups policies.

You may request account deletion using available account tools or by contacting insidersetups@gmail.com.

5. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit content including:

  • Racing game setups and setup values

  • Lap times

  • Setup notes and descriptions

  • Controller or wheel information

  • Ratings, likes, and other community interactions

  • Other information supported by InsiderSetups features

You may only submit content that you created or have the right to share.

Do not copy another creator's setup and present it as your own.

User-submitted content is also governed by our Content Submission Agreement and Community Guidelines.

6. License for Submitted Content

When you submit content to InsiderSetups, you grant InsiderSetups the license described in our Content Submission Agreement.

This allows us to host, display, format, test, and feature submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote InsiderSetups.

This may include displaying setups on the website, testing setups in gameplay, and showing setup information in InsiderSetups videos, social media posts, screenshots, or other related content.

You retain ownership of your original content.

7. Community Setup Information

Most setups available through InsiderSetups are created or submitted by members of the community.

InsiderSetups does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of setup values

  • The accuracy of submitted lap times

  • That a setup will perform the same for every driver

  • That a setup will improve your lap time

  • That a setup will remain effective after a game update or patch

  • That a setup will work with every controller, wheel, assist setting, race condition, or driving style

Lap times and setup performance may be affected by many factors, including driver skill, assists, hardware, track conditions, tire wear, fuel load, drafting, race settings, game updates, and other variables.

Community setups should be treated as starting points that you can test and adjust for your own driving style.

8. Tuning 101, Speed Shop, and Garage Chief

InsiderSetups may provide educational information and automated tuning suggestions through features such as Tuning 101, Speed Shop, and Garage Chief.

These tools are designed to help users understand setup adjustments and identify changes that may improve the handling of a vehicle within a racing game.

Tuning suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees.

A suggested adjustment may improve a setup, make no noticeable difference, or make the vehicle perform worse depending on the setup, game physics, driving style, hardware, track, and other conditions.

Users are responsible for deciding whether to apply or keep any suggested setup change.

InsiderSetups does not guarantee faster lap times or improved performance from any tuning recommendation.

9. Likes, Ratings, Rankings, and Lap Times

InsiderSetups may allow users to like, rate, save, sort, or rank community setups.

You may not:

  • Artificially manipulate likes or ratings

  • Use multiple accounts to influence rankings

  • Use bots or automation to manipulate community features

  • Intentionally submit false lap times

  • Coordinate fraudulent ratings or engagement

  • Attempt to interfere with ranking or sorting systems

InsiderSetups may remove suspicious activity, ratings, lap times, or other information when we reasonably believe manipulation has occurred.

Community rankings represent activity on InsiderSetups and should not be interpreted as independent verification that a setup or lap time is objectively the best or fastest available.

10. Acceptable Use and Automated Access

You may use InsiderSetups for normal personal and community racing purposes.

You may not intentionally:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to InsiderSetups systems, databases, or accounts

  • Circumvent access controls or security measures

  • Interfere with or disrupt website operation

  • Use automated tools to manipulate site features

  • Systematically scrape, harvest, copy, or extract substantial amounts of setup data or other site content without permission

  • Republish substantial portions of the InsiderSetups setup database

  • Use InsiderSetups content to create or populate a competing racing setup database or service without permission

  • Use automated access in a manner that places an unreasonable load on the website

Normal use of search engines, ordinary web browsing, and sharing links to public InsiderSetups pages are not prohibited by this section.

We may use reasonable technical measures to protect the website, its users, and its content from abusive automated activity.

11. InsiderSetups Content and Website Materials

The InsiderSetups website may contain original material created by InsiderSetups, including:

  • Website design and branding

  • Logos and original graphics

  • Written guides and educational material

  • Tuning explanations

  • Original videos

  • Software, code, and site functionality

  • Organization and presentation of site content

Except where otherwise permitted, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit InsiderSetups-owned content without permission.

This section does not transfer ownership of user-submitted setups to InsiderSetups.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use InsiderSetups to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others

  • Submit illegal or harmful content

  • Distribute malware or malicious links

  • Spam users or site features

  • Intentionally misrepresent another person's work

  • Manipulate community systems

  • Impersonate another person or organization for deceptive purposes

  • Engage in conduct prohibited by our Community Guidelines

We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the site or community.

13. Advertising and Affiliate Links

InsiderSetups may display advertising and participate in affiliate programs, including Google AdSense and Amazon Associates.

InsiderSetups may receive advertising revenue or earn commissions when users make qualifying purchases through certain affiliate links.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, advertising and affiliate relationships do not represent an endorsement of a user-submitted setup and do not determine community rankings.

Third-party advertising and affiliate services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

InsiderSetups may link to or display content from third-party websites and services.

These may include YouTube, Amazon, social media platforms, advertisers, and other external websites.

InsiderSetups does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their:

  • Content

  • Availability

  • Accuracy

  • Security

  • Products or services

  • Privacy practices

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers.

15. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content available through InsiderSetups infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, contact:

Subject: Intellectual Property Report

Please include enough information for us to identify the content and evaluate your request, including:

  • Your contact information

  • Identification of the work or rights involved

  • A link or description identifying the content at issue

  • An explanation of why you believe your rights are being infringed

  • Any additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request

We may request additional information before taking action.

Nothing in this section prevents us from removing content when we reasonably believe removal is appropriate.

16. Availability and Changes to InsiderSetups

We work to keep InsiderSetups available and useful, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

We may:

  • Add or remove features

  • Change how features work

  • Add or remove supported games or racing series

  • Modify sorting, rating, or ranking systems

  • Perform maintenance

  • Restrict features when necessary for security or technical reasons

  • Discontinue portions of the website

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical problems, or changes to third-party services that affect InsiderSetups.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InsiderSetups and its content are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that:

  • User-submitted information is accurate

  • Submitted lap times are independently verified

  • Setups will improve performance

  • Tuning recommendations will produce a particular result

  • The website will always operate without interruption or error

  • Every setup will remain compatible with future game updates

Use of InsiderSetups, community setups, and tuning tools is at your own discretion.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InsiderSetups will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website.

This may include losses resulting from:

  • Inaccurate community submissions

  • Gameplay or tuning results

  • Loss of game progress or setup information

  • Website interruptions

  • Third-party websites or services

  • Unauthorized or abusive activity by other users

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Moderation and Account Termination

InsiderSetups may remove content or restrict, suspend, or disable accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary because of:

  • Violations of these Terms or other site policies

  • Fraud or manipulation

  • Security concerns

  • Illegal activity

  • Abuse of the website or community

  • Legal requirements

  • Conduct that materially harms InsiderSetups or its users

We are not obligated to permanently host any account or user submission.

Users may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as InsiderSetups and its features change.

The Effective Date at the top of this page will identify the current version.

When appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of InsiderSetups after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
